YEY! :) My parents and I went to our farm for the weekend. Wheeeewww.

Will be blogging more in a few hours; our helper "migrated" to the boondocks. So I'm the OIC of the kitchen. Baaaa. :|

DOODLES

Kaka-pagod. Kaka-antok. ZzzZzz.

I like my hair today. Wee. Maganda yung shampoo na binili ko. Yes! :)

May bago akong idol. Si Julius Shulman. Isa syang architectural photographer, ang focus niya ay ang mga modern contemporary designs. Mahusay sya, sobra. Parang ginamit niya to da max ang kanyang wide angle lenses. At ang sweldo niya? Ranges from 20,000 to 200, 000 dollars per project. Sabi ng mga architects, mas nabebenta pa niya ang isang design o bahay kesa sa architect mismo. Ang yaman niya noh? Kaya lang kaka-matay niya lang nung isang araw.

Gusto ko magtrabaho. At magtravel. At kumuha ng maraming litrato. At pumayat pa ng husto.

Ang dami kong kinain kanina. At marami pa akong planong kainin sa susunod. Paano pa kaya ako papayat?

NEWS REACTIONS

Destiny to the highest power! :)

I am a food person. I love different kinds of food, and sometimes, I even mix and match them according to my taste. The combination is often eccentric and out of this world, but it's something my friends definitely remember me for. Here's my list of odd food trips.
  1. Chippy dipped in vinegar with green tomatoes. Masarap! Crunchy, tangy, and maasim sa tiyan. :))
  2. Chippy dipped in Coca Cola. Sweet and salty - the hypertensive's delight!
  3. Peanuts soaked in Coca Cola. Because I'm too lazy to shoot peanuts in my mouth then drink Coke after. So I'd rather do it this way.
  4. Banana Cue dipped in powdered milk. Sweet plus sweet equals diabetes!
  5. Sardines with vinegar. Gives me the sweet and sour taste.
  6. Ripe mangoes soaked in Sprite. A recent discovery, thanks to my sister's curiosity. Tastes like punch. Love it. :)
  7. Grilled pork and rice both wrapped with lettuce. Inspired by a Korean delicacy which I don't know how to spell or pronounce. :))
Whenever I eat my "creations", I sometimes think that perhaps in some other part of the world, what I'm doing is totally normal and common. Well, of course, except that they don't call it Chippy or Banana Cue in their country.

Writing this suddenly made me hungry. Happy eating!

..Facebook and everything about it. Because it consumes my entire day or afternoon and I end up doing nothing productive.

  1. I've been scouting for a pair of sandals for my Mom. Since then, I've been eyeing a pair of brown gladiators from Itti for weeks now. Last night, I decided to finally buy them and guess what? It's on sale, 50 percent off. From PhP1399 to 699. I am one lucky bastard. Woohoo. :)
  2. I met some of my college friends over coffee yesterday. It feels familiar and different, both at the same time.
  3. I want to watch a laid-back and funny movie. I'm thinking of 17 Again.
  4. Hurray for the extended expiration date for cellphone load!
  5. As of this week, my sister's school, Ateneo de Davao University, has a case of AH1N1. And my brother's school, UP Mindanao, is full of students who are down with the flu. And my ex-school, San Pedro College, has a few confirmed cases too. Sheeesh.
  6. Gloomy weather today. I'm going back to the couch and watch TV. Yey. :)
